Trees have a rich symbolic history in many cultures and represent rejuvenation and regeneration. ‘Bodhi’ is an ancient Sanskrit word that means to become aware. In this way, the Bodhi Tree is a reminder of the ultimate potential everyone has to develop into their true selves. The symbolism of the Bodhi Tree is the basis of my practice of traditional Chinese medicine. It represents the potential of our bodies to heal and regenerate. Many of us have forgotten a path of wellness is possible, and suffer from chronic illness, pain and mental stress. Acupuncture, a 3000 year old practice, acts as a stimulus for your body to reawaken and begin a journey towards that wellness.
